When barro’s Pizza den opens in Austin, Fox Sports says it’ll be a “pizza heaven”

Fox Sports announced Tuesday that it will open Barro’s, a new pizza and beer bar and restaurant in Austin.

Barro’s will be located at 2501 W. Sixth Street in Austin’s downtown.

It will feature a full bar, a full menu, a beer garden and a full craft beer menu.

Barros Pizza will be the first new bar to open in the city since Barro and the Austin Beer Company opened a bar on North Lamar Boulevard in 2010.

Barro said he’s excited to serve beer, pizza and pizza wings.

Baros Pizza is expected to open sometime next year.
