I have been a loyal pizza fan since I was a kid.

She was a perfectionist and used to cook and bake with flour.
When I was little, she would bake bread in the morning, and in the evening, she baked pizza with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
I used to wonder what happened to all those classic pizza recipes I was so fond of.
I started to wonder if I could replicate the same taste of pizza that my father did.
And so, I started making my own crust and sauces at home, experimenting with different ingredients.

It is a classic dough recipe that works for almost every pizza dough recipe, but it is not a classic pie dough recipe.
It has a thin crust, but that’s just because it is a dough that can be baked on the stovetop.
